DEATH NOTICE:

QUIOCHO, Jo Anne, 75, died on Monday, December 12, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2011 at Porter Loring Mortuary North Chapel in San Antonio, Texas with Pastor Kemper Huber officiating. Interment followed in the Resurrection Cemetery.

JO ANNE QUIOCHO ... Jo Anne Quiocho, age 75, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born September 29, 1936 in Jasper, Missouri

She was an extra-ordinarily humble and giving person; a devoted mother and grandmother who loved nature, gardening and being outdoors. She also was an avid Spurs basketball fan.

Grandma Jo will be deeply missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Leslie and Margaret Bemis and daughter, Marine Quiocho Smith.

Jo Anne is survived by her son, Les Quiocho and wife Carmen; grandchildren, Brandon and Augustine Quiocho and Jenna Smith; son-in-law, Mike Smith; sister, Judy Beavers and husband Jerry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
