SHARON R. MOORE ... Worland - Sharon Raye Moore, 55, of Worland, died Monday, Nov. 28 at Washakie Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 7, 1939 in Davis City, Iowa, a daughter of Bernie and Helen Marie [Boeger] Moore.

She spent her early years in Davis city, and moved to Greybull with her family when she was six years old. In 1948, the family returned to Davis City and she lived there until moving to Worland in 1980.

She was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was a member of Worland's First Ward. She was a visiting teacher and the Ward Adult Singles representative. She had spent about a year in Salt Lake City, learning much about the church [Actually it was Clinton, Utah, at Debra's house.] She is survived by two brothers, Duane Baker of Shawnee, Kan., and Richard Baker of Coweta, Okla.; and a sister, Susalea McElhinny of Worland. Visitations are scheduled from noon-2 p.m. Thursday at the Worland LDS Stake Center.

The service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at the LDS Stake Center, with Bishop Charles Duncan officiating.

A second funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Slade-O'Donnel Funeral Home in Leon, Iowa. Burial will be at the Davis City Cemetery on Sunday.

Veile Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to a fund established in Moore's name at Big Horn Federal Savings Bank in Worland.
