OBITUARY - GOLDIE ARDITE (ACTON) TROWBRIDGE PARSONS

Goldie Ardite (ACTON) TROWBRIDGE PARSONS, age 85 of Leon, Iowa, was born to
James David and Mable Edna (FOLAND) ACTON on August 1, 1919 in the Grand
River, Iowa area. She died at Westview Acres in Leon on Wednesday, April 30,
2005.

In 1970, Goldie married Dale Roy TROWBRIDGE. They lived in Grand River
before moving to Leon. He died on December 16, 1991. She then moved into
Leon Care Center. In September of 1992, she married fellow resident, Roy
PARSONS, at the care center. When Leon Care Center closed, they both moved
to Westview Acres. Roy died on August 10, 2000.

In earlier years Goldie loved her many cats. Later she enjoyed rides in the
Westview Trolley to Grand River to the meal site.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Donald Dean Acton; and
husbands, Dale and Roy. She is survived by her conservator, Loretta KELLY
and her minister, Hubert HACKLER and wife Marjorie, all of Leon.
