FRANCES ELMORE ... Frances Ethel Hamilton, daughter of George Hamilton and Lily Jane Henderson, was born June 10, 1888, and passed away at the Decatur County Hospital at the age of 86 years, 2 months and 21 days.

She lived most of her life in Harrison County. The year of 1907 she was united in marriage to Loren Elmore. Th this union 7 sons were born, 3 dying in infancy.

She leaves to mourn her departure her devoted husband, Loren: four sons and wives, Linnie and Delores of Cainsville, Mo., Earl and Thelma, Leon, Ia., Ray and Vivian, Davis City, Ia., and Wayne and Dora of Willard, Mo.: 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren,: one sister Sylvia Steward, Des Moines, Ia.: and one brother, George Hamilton, Davis City, Ia.

Frances and Loren lived on a farm north of Cainsville until 12 years ago when they moved to Cainsville.

She was baptized into the Assembly of God Church on the 14th day of May, 1950, and remained faithful to her Savior all her life. Her illness lasted over a long period of time.

Those who preceded her in death were one grandchild, Rodger Elmore, four brothers and two sisters.

Frances will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Services were held at 2 pm Sept. 3 at the Assembly of God church by Rev Chambers of Kansas City. Her grandsons carried her to her last resting place. Granddaughters were flower girls. Burial was at the Glaze cemetery in charge of the Stoklasa Funeral Home.
