Obituary -

(The Post-Telegraph Princeton, Missouri March 26, 1992)

BILL D. CAIN ... Bill D. Cain, the son of Claud W. and Bernice [Hart] Cain, was born April 13, 1920, in Mercer County and died on March 19, 1992, at a North Kansas City Hospital.

Mr. Cain was a lifetime resident of Cainsville area. He was a farmer and a member of the Zion Baptist Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Violet Ellsworth of Cainsville; four sons, Billy Cain of Blythedale, Mike Cain of Cainsville, Kenneth Cain of Smithburg, Md., and Roger Cain of Chillicothe; five brothers, Clayton Cain of Atkins, Iowa, Harry Cain of Colorado Springs, Mo., Darrel Cain of Princeton, Frank Cain of Cainsville, and Jim Cain of Leavenworth, Kan.; three sisters, Wilma Foreman of Lamoni, Iowa, Mary Vowell of Cainsville and Shirley Blakley of Weston; 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Connie.

Services were held March 23, 1992, at 2 p.m. at the Stoklasa Funeral Chapel in Cainsville with the Rev. Geneva Parsons officiating. Burial was in the Zoar Cemetery in Cainsville.
