SARAH LAMB was born in Leon, Oct. 10, 1886, and died Oct. 31, 1913, aged 27
years and 21 days. She was married to LEROY QUIGLEY in 1898, he dying one
year later. To them was born one son, FORREST LEROY. On Dec. 27, 1905 she
was united in marriage to WILLIAM OWENS. To them was born one daughter,
LORENA ELIZABETH. Besides the bereaved companion she leaves a mother,
father, and four brothers, five step-children and a host of friends to mourn
her departure.

She united with the First Baptist Church of Leon in 1905 and has been a
devoted Christian ever since. Last April she sought and received the
baptism of the Holy Spirit with the Bible evidence of speaking and singing
in other tongues as the Spirit gave utterance.

The funeral was conducted by Brother Peace at 2:30 p.m., Sunday in the
Baptist Church. She was laid to rest in the Leon Cemetery to await the
resurrection of the just.
