WILMA HIGDON, daughter of MR. and MRS. L.O. HIGDON, was born December l0, l9l3, and died May 3l, l924. WILMA had lived in Harrison County until April l6, when she was brought to the Leon Hospital for an appendix operation. After almost recovering from this operation she had to undergo the second one, from which she never fully recovered. WILMA leaves to mourn her death, her mother and father, two sisters, RITA FRANCIS and LIDA; three brothers, LAWRENCE, MAURICE and (*can't read - very large tear in the paper), besides many relatives and friends.

She was laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. H.B. Tierney, of Trenton, Mo.
