JOHN HENDERSON, son of NATHANIEL and JANE HENDERSON, was born in Indiana, February 22, l846, died at his home in Decatur, Iowa, November l2, l922, aged 76 years, 8 months and 20 days.

He was united in marriage to ELMYRA MARTIN, at Sedalia, Mo., Feb. 26, l87l, and to this union four children were born, FRANK, MRS. MARY CLARK, LEWIS and MRS. CATHARINE WILLIAMS, who with his wife, survive him, together with nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren, as well as other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were conducted at the home in Decatur Monday afternoon, November l3th, interment in the Decatur Cemetery.
