December l0, l908HERBERT T. JOHNSTON, of Grand River, and MISS PEARL DALE, daughter of
MR. and MRS. J.A. DALE, of near Leon, were united in marriage at the
Methodist Parsonage in Osceola on Wednesday of last week by Rev. J.F.
Davis, Pastor of the Osceola Church. MR. JOHNSTON is one of the
bustling busines men of Grand River and is an excellent young man,
popular with a wide circle of friends. The bride has made many friends
in this city during the time that she has resided near Leon. She is an
accomplished and charming young woman. Their hosts of friends, with
whom the JOURNAL joins, extend to them their best wishes and
congratulations.
