June l7, l909Married at the home of the officiating clergyman, Rev. Jas. A. Armstrong, of Leon, June llth, at 6 o'clock p.m., LARS WALKER, of Van Wert and MISS ELVA BROWN, of Grand River. MISS ELVA, the eldest daughter of MR. and MRS. GEORGE BROWN, is an accomplished young woman, well qualified to make MR. WALKER a good wife. MR. WALKER is an industrious young farmer, left in the world without a father's care, his mother being a widow.
LARS has proven faithful in caring for his widowed mother. Many congratulations are extended to him and his winsome bride. As they begin life's journey may God's blessing abide therein.
