Monday morning of this week at ll o'clock occurred the marriage of DR. JONATHAN G. HINKLE to MISS PEARLE SWITZER at the home of the bride's parents, MR. and MRS. W.G. SWITZER, in Lamoni, Elder David A. Anderson of that city, performing the ceremony. Mrs. B.W. Lanning, of Leon, played the wedding march, "Melody of Love."

Dr. Wray, of Corydon, was the groom's attendant while Miss Mary Kelley, of Lamoni, attended the bride. The beautiful ring ceremony was used and the wedding was a very pretty one. The bride wore a beautiful dress of white silk while the groom was attired in the conventional black. About thirty-five guests witnessed the ceremony. After congratulations Miss Bertha Bailey sang "Oh Promise Me." After refreshments had been served, DR. and MRS. HINKLE departed for Iowa City, amid showers of rice and good wishes.
