September 27, l908, at 7 p.m. at the bride's residence in Weldon, Iowa,
L.A. MITCHELL and MRS. MILA J. LANE, both of Weldon, were united in the
bonds of matrimony, Rev. Geo. E. Mitchell performing the ceremony. The
wedding was private, only a few guests present. After the ceremony,
light refreshments were served.

MR. and MRS. L.A. MITCHELL are well known here, having lived in this
community a good number f years. They will reside in Weldon. May they
enjoy the blessings of life and all that pertains to it, is the wish of
the writer and their friends which they number by the score.
