Value is $l2,389,540.

This county is worth $l5,762,0l2, as shown by the returns of the
Assessors recently made to County Auditor H.G. Scott. This year shows a
gain in wealth of $l39,l68 over last year. This splendid showing
demonstrates beyond a doubt that old Decatur County is mighty hard to
beat. Our citizens are very proud indeed of the progress of our county
