The supply of water in WM. BIGGS' deep well seems to be abundant. During
the past week the well has been supplying the light plant with water,
through a sewer the opening of which is in the rear of Hamilton & Gammill's
store. It is quite probable that if the water supply proves adequate that
the council will contract with Mr. BIGGS for the water required at the light
plant.
