PUBLIC SALE --

I will sell at public sale at my residence, 5 miles south of Grand River
station, in Decatur County, on Monday, the 2d day of March, 1885, commencing
at 10 o'clock A.M., the following property, to-wit:

6 head of cows and heifers, 12 head of yearling calves, 16 head of two year
old steers, 1 two year old bull, 20 head of three year old steers, which
will be sold for cash without discount, 2 brood mares, both with foal, one
yearling colt, 1 combined mower and reaper, 1 sulkey rake, 2 cultivators, 1
corn planter and check rower, 2 stirring plows, 1 two seat buggy, 1 wheat
drill and seeder, 1 riding plow, 2 wagons, 2 sets of harness, and several
other implements too numerous to mention.

TERMS. -- All sums of $5 and under, cash. Sums over $5 a credit of nine
months on approved notes without interest if paid when due. If not paid
when due 10 per cent from date. A rate of 10 percent for nine months
discount for cash.
