The January term of the Decatur County District Court was adjourned
Wednesday of last week until Tuesday, February 4th, by Judge H.K. EVANS.
Quite a lot of business had been disposed of by the court since our last
report. Last week the Journal published the proceedings of the court up to
Tuesday evening, January 21. Below we give the proceedings from that time
up to the time of adjournment:

PROBATE:

Estate of MALINDA OLSEN. Final report approved. Administrator discharged
and bond exonerated.

Estate of MORRIS BENEFIEL. Evidence heard. Will admitted to probate and
ordered of record. ANNA B. BENEFIEL appointed executrix without bond as
directed by will.

Estate of T.S. TULLIS. Evidence heard. Will admitted to probate and ordered
of record. LOREN V. TULLIS and JOHN G. TULLIS appointed executors without
bond as directed by will.

Estate of JOHN F. FISHER. Evidence heard. Will admitted to probate and
ordered of record. J.A. FISHER appointed executor on giving bond for $200.

Estate of GEORGE W. MURBARGER. Evidence heard. Will admitted to probate and
ordered of record. MARY E. MURBARGER appointed executrix without bond as
directed by will.

Guardianship of HARLAN ANDREW et al. Appraisement approved. Report of sale
and deed to W.L. ARMSTRONG and WM. E. LENTZ approved.

Estate of JOHN F. REITZEL. On application GRACE R. BROWN is appointed
administratrix on giving bond for $9,000.

Estate of SAMUEL BLACK. Report of sale and deed to S.J. CLEARWATER approved.
