County Superintendent J.W. LONG has been busy this week going over the
final examination papers of the pupils of the rural school of Decatur
County, and has announced the following list of graduates so far as
known at the present time: DALE WISE, Goodhope School; GRACE SLAUGHTER,
Togo School; LILLIE MOORE, White Oak School; MARCIA MCNEILL, Tuskeego
School; ROTHMER SCOTT, Tuskeego School; VESTA C. ANDREW, Center School,
Grand River Township; LIZZIE L. AKERS, Center School, Grand River
Township; PEARL E. CHICK, Center School, Grand River Township; and
VERLIE PRICE, EDITH LANTZ, LEO PRICE, CARMA WORDEN, all of Pop Corn
School in Franklin Township.

Many of the rural schools have held or will hold exercises. At the Pop
Corn School, patrons and pupils of the school will enjoy a picnic
Friday. A program will be rendered.
