Jennie (Conwell) O'Grady

Jennie Conwell, the daughter of George and Mary (Moran) Conwell, was born in 1880. Jennie taught the Fall and Winter terms of 1907 - 1908 at the Foland School No. 7 of Richland Township, Decatur County, Iowa.

On October 6, 1909, Jennie married Stephen B. O'Grady at St. John's Catholic Church of Diagonal, Iowa, with Father John C. White officiating. This marriage ceremony was the first one at St. John's Church. Jennie and Stephen were the parents of three children.

Stephen was born in 1876, the son of Patrick and Margaret (McNamara) O'Grady, and died in 1950. Jennie died in 1939. They were interred at O'Grady Cemetery,
