Ezra L. Millsap

Ezra L. Millsap was born near Grand River, Iowa, in January of 1870, the son of James Cross and Lavisa Ann (Keithley) Millsap. He taught the Fall and Winter terms of 1893 - 1894 at the Foland School No. 7 of Richland Township, Decatur County, Iowa. Ezra ran for County Superintendent on the Fusion Ticket in 1897.

On April 5, 1890, Ezra married Nellie Rose Dady (1882 - 1940).
