Mary Etta Cruikshank, 85, Bloomfield, died Tuesday, April 5, 1988, at the Bloomfield Care Center.
She was born Oct. 15, 1902 in Davis County to William and Flora Martin Inskeep. She attended rural Davis County Schools and graduated from Iowa Southern Normal. She was a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church, was a past noble grand of Rebekah Lodge No. 1 and a member of the Prairie Home Club. She and her husband owned and operated the Allis-Chalmers tractor dealership in Bloomfield until 1957.
She married Lowell Cruikshank on Nov. 23, 1921. He died on Oct. 3, 1959.
Survivors include two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Wilma Fulton of Greeley, Colo. and Maudie Martin of Mesa, Ariz.; and a brother, Dean Inskeep of Mesa, Ariz. She was preceded in death by a son, Harold.
The funeral was held Friday at the Priester Funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Don Macy. Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery.
A Rebekah service was held Thursday.
A memorial has been established to the Rebekah Lodge No. 1.
