BLOOMFIELD - Mrs. Mary A. Dommer, 87, died at the home of her grandson, Darrell Williams, near Bloomfield Monday at 11:15 p.m. The daughter of Franz and Erestine Rockletz Koebke, she was born in Germany March 15, 1876. She came to Davis County when five years old. She was a member of the Floris Christian Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Williams of Bloomfield; Mrs. Wilda Benge of Wichita, Kan.; two sons, Fred and Wilfred, both of Ottumwa; two brothers, Gus Koebke of Pulaski and Frank Koebke of Ottumwa; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Bohl of Ottumwa and Mrs. Mina Bohl of Pulaski; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chris; a son and a daughter. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Dunnville Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Camp officiating. Burial will be in Dunnville Cemetery. The casket will be taken from the Curl Funeral Home in Bloomfield to the church Thursday noon.
