JOHN VINSON STUFFLEBEAM

Jacob Vinson Stufflebeam was born in Burlington, Iowa, Aug. 1, 1837. His father was Jacob Stufflebeam and his mother was Elizabeth Bain Stufflebeam.

From his marriage to Ellen Good of Davis County, Iowa, five children were born. Two of which died in early life, and Thomas, Anna and John survive. The last known address of Thomas was Tulsa, Okla., and of John, Waterloo, Iowa. Mr. Stufflebeam was from a family of nine children, and was the last survivor. He passed away at his home in Drakesville, Iowa, Saturday afternoon, November 25, 1922, and funeral services were conducted at the Christian church on Sunday afternoon by Rev. C. W. Cochran, pastor of the Methodist Church. Interment in the Drakesville cemetery.
