The funeral services were held this afternoon at 1 o'clock at the residence of John Worrell and at 2 o'clock at Wesley M. E. chapel, conducted by Rev. C. Cray Jones, pastor of the chapel. Burial was made iii the Wesley cemetery. Besides his son Mr. Worrell leaves eight children, Mrs. Emma Jones, Charles, George, James, Lewis Worrell, Misses Mary and Alma Worrell and Mrs. Nevada. The deceased took up a claim in Davis County when the land was first opened by the government many years ago. He has resided in that county ever since.
