Irving E. Skinner 70, died Tuesday at 2 PM at his home, 1801 W. Samantha St.
He was the son of George and Mary Skinner and was born August 19, 1867 in Davis County. Surviving are his wife, Myrtle; one son, Howard of Cedar Rapids, and three brothers, Harry and Byron Skinner of Ottumwa and David of Chillicothe. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 PM at the Johnson funeral Chapel, conducted by Orval Smith. Burial be in the Point Isabel cemetery.
