QuitClaim Deed
Know all Men by these Presents: That, We, Amiee Beckley (formerly Amiee Willcoxson), and W B Beckley, her husband of the county of Davis and State of Iowa for the consideratin of ONE# Dollars, hereby Quit Claim to Sylvia E Barker of the County of Davis and State of Iowa the following described Real Estate situated in the County of Davis and State of Iowa, to-wit: The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-Six (36) Township Seventy (70) North, Range Thirteen (13) West.
this deed made to remove any apparent cloud on the title on account of a misdecription of the land in a deed executed by C E Willcoxson to Amiee Willcoxson dated February 12, 1932 and recorded in the office of the recorder of Davis County, Iowa, in book "63" of Deeds on page 89 wherein the intention by said deed was to convey 80 acres in the SE1/4 instead of 80 in the NE1/4 of the aforesaid Section Township and Range.
