Quit Claim Deed dated October 1938, for property [ the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 36 twp 70 North, Range 13 West] from Amiee Willcoxson Beckley and WB Beckley her husband. Previously owned by Aimee's father C E Willcoxson.
A parcel of land located in the SE1/2 NW1/2 the SW1/2 NE1/2 and the NW1/2 NE1/2 of section 36-70-13, Lick Creek Township, Davis county, IA, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of section 36-70-13, thence South 704.0 ft to the point of beginnings, thence East 309.0 ft., thence South 900.0 ft., thence West 834.0 ft., thence North 300.0 ft., thence East 525.0 ft., thence North 600.0 ft., to the point of beginning.
Parcel contains 3.62 acres, more or less, in the SE1/4NW1/4, 2.13 acres, more or less, in the SW1/4 NE1/4 and 4.25 acres, more or less in the NW1/4 NE1/4 of section 36-70-13, and is subject to the road easment along the West side of the NW1/4 NE1/4 of section 36-70-13.
