My greatgrandfather is buried in Kimrey cemetary Minburn Ia., He died Jan. 18, 1880 at the age of 61 yr., 8 months, 11 days. He was married to Esther Jane [maiden name unknown] and they had 5 children. One son Charles R. Kilgore was born 1858 and died 1894. He is buried in the Brethern cemetary, Dallas Center, Ia. The other son James M. Kilgore was born about 1864. There are three daughters , Laura, Letha and Mary , birth dates and birth places unknown. The following infomation was found in the Dallas county marriage book, 1B , 8 July 1880-6 April 1902 vol. 1 page 2 G-O, on 21 Oct. 1883 James M. Kilgore married Stella Stewart page 039. Also there is a listing on page 005 Esther Kilgore 02 Dec. 1880 to David West. I am very much interested where Jackson [or A.J.] Kilgore was born and the maiden name and birth place of Esther Jane.
