Snider Cemetery

According to records my 3rd great grandfather John Howland died in Dallas County at a place called Lemen Point in 1852. I can find no evidence of Lemen Point but his gravesite in Snider Cemetery is documented on Find a Grave and Snider Cemetery and a map is documented on this Iowagenweb site. The cemetery is allegedly on land owned by Avis LLC on 162nd Lane. Someone from Avis LLC has responded to my query on the Face Book page that there is no cemetery on their land despite a Property Record Card and US Geological Survey documentation that it is. Does anyone have any knowledge about this cemetery and if there is any discernible evidence of it remaining? I would like to make a trip from my home near Galena IL to find it. Also do you have suggestions about trying to find evidence of my great grandfather in Dallas County.
