Looking for family info and death certificate for James M. Chaplin (died 1892) buried in Oakland Cemetery,De Soto. I would like to find his parents names. He was born in NC. Married to Anna Smith. Owned the farm to the left of Oakland Cemetery(moved to De Soto @ 1880). He served in Iowa Infantry Regiment 33,Company C - Civil War.
