HARMON, HOUGHAM

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find information about the people who ran the Dallas County Home in the 1920's - 1930's? Their names were George "Will" and Viola Hougham HARMON. I am trying to find out if there are any pictures of them, or maybe biographies. I have their obituaries, but would really like to maybe see a picture of them. Is there any information about the home available to the public?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
