Woodward State Hospital School Cemetery

I am trying to locate the cemetery in Dallas County where state patients of Woodward State Hospital School may have been buried. I have a cousin who was born about 1950 with Hydrocephalis and lived 3 years in the Woodward State Hospital until her death. She is not buried with her parents, so have a hunch that she was buried at Woodward, Iowa. The exact date of her birth and death is unknown by her 2 surviving siblings and every attempt is being made to help them locate her burial. Her name was Diane Marie Madison.
