Eunice (Dunlap) Betsinger, Pery, 1864

Am looking for information concerning Eunice Dunlap: b. 1817 (Mad) NY, and last known there as Eunice Betsinger in 1860. In Perry (Dallas) IA in 1864 and signing papers as Eunice Dunlap (her maiden name). Beginning in 1864 she cared for my grandfather, Austin Byron Dunlap, and his two brothers, Andrew and Edward Frank. She spent her last years with John Jay Dunlap in Perry and died bet 1870-1900. She is reportedly buried in Violet Hill Cemetery. Where did she live, when did she die, and where is she buried? I would appreciate any information.
