I am looking for information on the following family; John Braniff, b. abt. 1827, Ireland; Elizabeth Walters Braniff, b. abt 1836, Ireland. Children: John, b. abt. 1854, Canada; Patric, b. abt 1856, Canada; Elizabeth, b. abt 1860, Canada; Catherine, b. abt 1866, Canada; Mary A., b. abt 1866, Iowa; Henry, b. abt 1869, Dallas Co, Iowa, died bef. 1880; Sarah, b. abt 1873, Iowa; Susan Agnes, b. Feb. 1877, Iowa, died 1968 MO; Denis, b. abt 1878. According to the 1880 Census, they were living in Dallas Co, IA. On the 1870 census, there was also a Henry Braniff, married to Elizabeth, with a son Patric. This could be a brother to John, but I don't have anything for sure on this.
