John Anderson, Dawson

My Great-grandfather, John Anderson was a resident of Dallas County when he died and was buried in Perry, IA. in 1917. He was listed in Professor Wood's book, "Past and Present of Dallas County, Iowa," on page 671 and 672. He had been born in Ireland, and came to Iowa in 1858. He lived and worked in the Scott County area before he moved to Clinton County where he bought a farm, and where he maried and raised a family. He bought a farm just West of Dawson in Dallas County in 1874 and moved his family there. I am trying to find copies of his American citizenship papers, both the "declaration of intent," and the "petition for naturalization." I do not know what court in Iowa may have these papers, and need help in finding them. Thank you for your help.
