A Memorial Service for Warren (Skip) Leslie, 69, of Waukee, Iowa, formerly of Perry, will be 1 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Murdock Funeral Home in Perry. Visitation will be from 10:30 until service time at the funeral home.

Skip died January 27, 2012 at Granger Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 5, 1942 the son of Phillip and K. Mardine (Denger) Leslie in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

Survivors include his son, Keith (Annette) Leslie of Johnston; his daughter, Denise (Ronald) Bush of Occoquan, Virginia; three brothers, Dennis (Sue) Leslie of Perry, Iowa, Lynn (Sarah) Leslie of Garrettsville, Ohio and Gregory Leslie of St. Joseph, Missouri; one sister, Kita (James) Goodson of Van Meter, Iowa; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
