Page 4, Column 3Virginia White was born December 26, 1916, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Albert H. and Grace (Corbitt) Pedersen. She passed away July 11, 1984 at the Lenox Care Center after an 11-month illness.
On April 4, 1943 she was married to Jesse James White in Des Moines. He died in 1981. She was a retired secretary and a former Dexter resident.
Survivors include a daughter, Peggy White, of Lenox, nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, Jesse, she was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services were held July 13, 1984 at the Dexter Cemetery, Dexter, Iowa with Father James Kchiaro officiating.
