Jessie Mylan, 82, of Redfield died of a heart ailment at her home on Feb. 18.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hill, she was born at Dexter on Oct. 22, 1905. She married Ambrose Mylan on Sept. 30, 1925. She had lived in Redfield since 1934, and had lived at Dexter and Rake prior to that. She was a retired clerk for the Redfield Hardware.

Mrs. Mylan was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and a sister.

Survivors include her husband, Ambrose; three sons, Lloyd, Virgil and Keith, all of Redfield; a daughter, Donna Meyers of Dallas Center; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
