Patsy Ann Cook, 64, of Donna, Texas, died of complications of pneumonia Wednesday at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines. Cremation will follow services.

Mrs. Cook was born in Lucas and had lived in the Indianola area before moving to Donna five years ago. She was a retired nursing coordinator with Des Moines General Hospital.
