Services for Chester West of Des Moines were held Wednesday morning at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Des Moines with interment in the Dexter cemetery. He passed away Saturday evening in Mercy Hospital in Des Moines after a lingering illness.

Survivors include Mrs. Richard (Betty) Wells of Dexter, James Stuart of Des Moines, and Eugene Stuart of California.
