Thursday, December 25, 1975Nina Kathryn Algreen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles McFarlin was born December 20, 1893 in Clinton Co., Iowa and died Saturday morning at the Dexter hospital at the age of 82 years.
Mrs. Algreen was united in marriage to Harry Algreen, March 27, 1920. They farmed south of Dexter until 1960 when they moved to Dexter. She had been in failing health for four months spending two months of that time in the Earlham Convalescent Center.
She was taken to Dexter hospital on Monday. She was a member of the Methodist church.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, her mother, father, two brothers, and one sister. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Beverly; and six grandchildren, Gary, Ronald, Danny, Mark, Sheryl and Linda; and two sisters, Alyce Butler of Colfax and Vianna Stabler of Sinclair, Wyo.
