Several members of the Dexter American Legion Auxiliary attended the funeral of a member, Edith French, held in the Presbyterian church at Winterset, June 7.
Attending were Maxine Jobst, Velma Kramer, Bernadine Beane, Dess Creager and friend Meta Ludwick.
After the ceremony, president Beane presented the auxiliary marker with a poppy wreath to the French family.
