Dexter—A funeral for Wilma L. Blohm, 86, of Dexter was held April 6, 1985 at the Dexter Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Blohm died of a heart attack at Whiting on April 3.

Burial was in the Dexter Cemetery.

Born at Atlantic on Jan. 26, 1899, she was the daughter of Edgar and Mary Bickett Butler. She married Carl D. Blohm on Sept. 29, 1921 and lived at Dexter for several years before moving to Leon, Weldon and Farlin, where she served as postmaster for 17 years. She returned to Dexter after her retirement.

She was a member of the Dexter Presbyterian Church and was a 50 year member of both the Order of the Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by a daughter, Pat Hall of Sloan; a son, Jack of Alexandria, Ala.; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
