Waterloo Man, 25, Drowns in Sand Pit
WATERLOO (UPI) -- Rex Renfrow, 25, of Waterloo drowned early Tuesday when he and 4 companions left a club and took a swim in a sand pit just northwest of here.
Renfrow's companions pulled him out of the water but couldn't revive him.
