Alberta Nadine Nicolaisen
PerryAlberta, 83, passed away January 1, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center of a pulmonary embolism following surgery. Per her wishes, she has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
She is survived by her six children, Jim (JoAnn) Nicolaisen of TX, Nicolai, Jr. (Jane) Nicolaisen of Perry, Linda (Jerry) Wolfe of Guthrie Center, Diana (Wesley) Twogood of Des Moines, Pam Nicolaisen of Greenfield and Cindy (Cal) Linnenkamp of Perry; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three siblings, Shirley Simmer of Waukee, Jerry Mishler of NC and Delores Nelson of CO.
Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, Nicolai Nicolaisen in 2003.
