George Killam of Denver, Colorado passed away Thursday, January 16th of pneumonia. Word had been received here of his serious illness and his brother, T. I. Killam and Lloyd D. Fisher were just ready to leave for Colorado when they received the news of his death, so they abandoned the trip. Mr. Killam was 77 years of age. He is survived by his wife and two brothers, C. D. Killam of McAllen, Texas and T. I. Killam of Van Meter.
