March 18, 1926Joe Harmon, aged Civil War veteran who has lived for many years in Dallas County, died at the home of his daughter in Valley Junction Tuesday at the age of 84 years. Funeral services were held today at the United Brethren Church west of Adel. Interment was in the United Brethren Cemetery.
