Mrs. Sarah Walker, youngest sister of Mr. J. M. Brown, passed away at the home of her nephew Frank Shoemaker in Des Moines at six o’clock Wednesday evening. With her husband she was a resident on the old Sam Lee farm northeast of town, at present occupied by W. H. McCleary. Later the couple made their home in Adel, where Mr. Walker’s death occurred.

Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian Church on Friday afternoon and interment made in McKibben cemetery where the husband is also buried.
