HARRY L. MARTIN

Harry Lowell Martin, 58, of 1523 W. 5th St., died about 5:50 p.m. Sunday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital of carcinoma.

Services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Methodist Church, with Dr. Floyd L. Hinshaw, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Waterloo Cemetery.

Mr. Martin had lived in Waterloo since 1927 and was employed the last six years as a salesman for General Tire Co.

He was a member of the First Methodist Church, B.P.O.E. Lodge No. 290 and attended the State college of Iowa.

Born Feb. 19, 1906, at Redfield, the son of C. N. and Flora York Martin, he married Elizabeth Lambin Oct. 3, 1927, in Marshalltown.

Survivors include the Widow, a daughter, Mary Kay, and a son, Larry, of the home.

He is also survived by a son, Jerry, of Waukon; a sister, Mrs. Vesta Morrow, of Brainerd, Minn.; and three grandchildren.

He has been preceded in death by his parents and two sons.

Friends may call at the O'Keefe and Towne funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday. The casket will be taken to the church at noon Tuesday and will not be opened at the church.

Friends who wish may contribute to the memorial fund of the First Methodist Church.
