HARVEY BEAMAN, Dexter

Services for Harvey Beaman, 63, Dexter, who died June 28, 1985, at Veterans Administration Hospital in Des Moines, were held on Monday, July 1 at the Dexter Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Al Polito, Jr., officiating. Burial was at the Dexter Cemetery.

Mr. Beaman was a retired farmer who spent the majority of his life in the Dexter area. He served as an elder for the Dexter Presbyterian Church of which he had been a member for 35 years. He was a World War II Army veteran in the South Pacific.

Survivors include his wife, Marian; his mother, Ida Mae Beaman; sons, Bill of Lenox and Ben of Earlham; daughters, Dawn Durham and Jacque McLaughlin, both of Des Moines; sisters, Leota Nesselroad and Raye Roach, both of Alva and Sister Isabel Ramp of LaPorte, Ind.; a brother, Donald of Taylor, Wis.; anad 11 grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his father.
