Owner of land in Union Township

I'm researching the life of my great-grandmothers brother Andrew Hoiberg (his name is spelled in different ways), who emigrated to Iowa in 1881. I have found him in the Censuses 1910-1930 in Union Township. I have also found his name on a map from 1908, but on a map from 1920 another name (R.A. Broes)is mentioned, and I can't find his in Union Township. In the censusses however he is still mentioned as owner of his property. Can anyone help me with this question?
